Called Congregational Meeting

The Session is pleased to announce that the Rev. Dr. Diane Janssen Hemmen has been selected for the position of Pastor/Head of Staff and will be present with us in worship on Sunday, August 4th, for a “Candidating Sunday”. On that day, she will preach and a Congregational Meeting will be held immediately following the worship service for the stated purposes of:

• Vote to call the Rev. Dr. Diane Janssen Hemmen as Stillwater FPC’s Pastor/Head of Staff
• Electing two elders to complete vacated terms through 2025. The two candidates for the vacated elder terns are: Ed. Arquitt and Barbara Stoecker.

This meeting will include a time of Q and A to provide an opportunity for the candidate and congregation to become better acquainted. The meeting will be followed by a welcome reception in Fellowship Hall
