You are invited to join a noontime prayer walk on Mondays during Lent. We will meet in the main parking lot and then walk a one mile circle from the church building to the public library and back. Along our pathway, we will pray for the houses, establishments and people we pass. We will be walking in solidarity with our car-less neighbors who frequently make the journey from the Library to our Little Free Pantry, and this will also take us past the county jail, where, as it says in Matthew 25, Jesus sits with those in holding. We will also be getting to know our neighbors so we might better love those who physically live in our neighborhood. And the walking, breathing, conversation, and prayer will nourish the body, mind and soul of the individuals who walk and our church. All are welcome to join in the prayer walk. Contact Pastor Kati if you have any questions.
