Intergenerational Mission Trips

With the help of our World Mission and Denominational Concerns Committee, the Mission Team at First Presbyterian plans an intergenerational mission trip every year. We work very hard to make our mission trips intentionally intergenerational to include youth in 7th-12th grades through adults of all ages.

Our next Intergenerational Mission Trip will be to Eagle, Colorado to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Vail Valley in building a house. Details and a link to the registration form are below!

When: Sunday, May 21 – Sunday, May 28

Where: We will leave from the FPC Stillwater parking lot on the morning of Sunday, May 21. While we are in Colorado, we will be staying in a house in Avon, Colorado, about 20 minutes from where our work site will be. We will return to Stillwater and end where we began, in the FPC Stillwater parking lot, on Sunday, May 28.

Who: Youth (entering 7th-12th grades) through adults. (Youth entering 7th grade must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)

You can find the registration form here.

Our last Intergenerational Mission Trip was to the Goodland Academy in Hugo, Oklahoma in the spring of 2022. The Mission Team had been working hard over the past several years to complete the project of renovating the outer walls of the chapel building at Goodland. They made good progress over the summer and put the finishing touches on the north end of the chapel in the fall.
